Scholarship Guidelines
Scholarships are to be awarded each year to graduating seniors who reside in Troy City School District and who plan to further their education at a two or four-year institution. Recipients shall be selected based on the following criteria:
ACT Composite Score, work experience, activities, honors, GPA, financial need based on EFC Code (derived from FAFSA form), and required essay
The scholarship monies may only be used for tuition, books, and fees. Should all your post-secondary educational expenses be met from other sources, please let your guidance counselor know as soon as possible so the Troy Dollars for College monies can be reallocated to other students in need. Scholarship monies may only be used during the first year of your post-secondary education.
Award amounts range from $500 to $3,500.
