For scholarships that can be renewed for multiple years, a Scholarship Renewal Form must be submitted with a copy of a current transcript of grades and a copy of the fall semester’s fee bill and class schedule. When the renewal form has been received and approved, the process for issuing the scholarship check is the same as for first time scholarships. Checks are made payable to and sent directly to the school. Scholarships should be renewed once per academic semester. Please submit renewal requests by August 1 for the fall semester and December 1 for the spring semester.
The following scholarships are renewable:
- Elizabeth and Leon Brown and Frank and Sara Montross Scholarship (4 years)
- Fred and Clyemena Shane Nursing Scholarship (2 years)
- John Slonaker Music Scholarship (4 years)
- Tipp City Rotary Scholarship (4 years)
- Donald E. Eaton Fonda Lou Eaton Scholarship (2 years)
