The Troy Foundation Distribution Committee reviews grant requests quarterly on the third Thursday in March, June, September and December. Grant requests from charitable organizations are considered for projects and programs in the fields of arts and culture, community and economic development, education, environment, health, human services, and recreation. Funded programs must benefit the residents in Troy, Ohio. Applications from outside that area may be considered if the funded program supports a substantial population within the City of Troy.
To submit a grant request, a completed and signed application with all necessary supporting documentation must be submitted via The Troy Foundation’s online portal by 11:59 PM on the 15th day of the month preceding the grant review meeting. We regret that incomplete applications and applications submitted past the deadline will not be considered. The Grant Application Guidelines provide a detailed outline of grant proposal requirements. Applicants are encouraged to contact the Foundation’s Grants Manager for assistance in determining eligibility for a grant and working through the proposal process.
