Project G.I.F.T. accepts applications for grants to help fund new and existing programs aimed at addressing the needs of our community. There is up to $5,000 to allocate each year, with $500 being the maximum grant amount available to any one organization.
Project G.I.F.T. is a part of the Troy Area Chamber’s Teen Leadership Troy program which takes place annually, usually during the first full week in June. The program provides the opportunity for those teens participating to experience the grant selection and awards process.
Organizations receiving grants will be requested to send a representative to attend an awards ceremony held at The Troy Foundation offices where members of the Teen Leadership Troy/Project G.I.F.T program will provide a brief outline of the program and present the grant checks.
To apply for a Project G.I.F.T. grant, please complete the application and submit it with the supporting documentation required to: Project G.I.F.T. of Teen Leadership Troy, c/o The Troy Foundation, 216 W. Franklin St., Troy, OH 45373. Applications are due approximately 30 days prior to the Teen Leadership program.
Please note that specific dates for Teen Leadership Troy, application deadlines and the awards presentation ceremony will be announced in April of each year. Check this website or call The Troy Foundation at (937)339-8935 for that specific information.
